A387 Grade 2 Class 1 and Class 2: These plates are ideal for pressure vessels operating at moderate temperatures. They offer good toughness and strength but are not designed for extremely high temperatures.
A387 Grade 12 Class 1 and Class 2: This grade is commonly used in applications where moderate to high temperatures are encountered. The addition of chromium provides excellent corrosion resistance in environments with sulfuric or acidic exposure.
A387 Grade 11 Class 1 and Class 2: These plates are known for their excellent performance in high-temperature environments. Grade 11 is suitable for petrochemical, chemical, and oil refining industries where equipment is exposed to high heat and pressure.



A387 Grade 22 Class 1 and Class 2: Widely used in the fabrication of boilers and pressure vessels, Grade 22 plates are ideal for high-temperature service. They offer enhanced strength and oxidation resistance, making them suitable for harsh environments.
A387 Grade 21 Class 1 and Class 2, and Grade 21L Class 1: These grades are designed for elevated temperature applications where enhanced toughness and heat resistance are essential. The lower carbon content in Grade 21L provides improved weldability.
A387 Grade 5 Class 1 and Class 2: Grade 5 is typically used in high-temperature environments that require excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion. It is suitable for heavy-duty applications in refineries and petrochemical plants.



A387 Grade 9 Class 1 and Class 2: This grade is preferred in environments where high strength is required at elevated temperatures. It offers excellent creep resistance and mechanical properties under stress.
A387 Grade 911 Class 2: This is an enhanced version of Grade 9 with improved creep resistance and mechanical properties, making it suitable for the most demanding high-temperature environments.
A387 Grade 91 Class 2: Grade 91 offers the highest strength and creep resistance among the A387 grades, designed for the most critical high-temperature and high-pressure environments.
A387 Grade 22L Class 1: Similar to Grade 22 but with a lower carbon content, this grade provides better weldability and toughness for high-temperature applications.
